You guys ever heard of the 17 day diet?
Before you misjudge me, it doesn’t last 17 days - it means that you change your diet every 17 days. I’m not sure how long it should last, but once I get hold of the book, I’ll know.
I heard about this diet on Dr. Phil (DON’T JUDGE ME I like to watch it sometimes haha) and thought about giving it a shot.
Here are some(meaning; not all) ingredients for the first 17 days
- Iceberg lettuce
- blueberries and raspberries (I am so going to go pick some these fuckers from our forest back in Juupajoki because they’re expensive as ffffuck in stores)
- mushrooms. Because fuck yeah shrooms.
- canned white asparagus. I would’ve bought it fresh but the damn thing cost almost 5€ and canned was 2€ so I went with the cheaper option this time.
- Low-fat turkey/ham. I had to go with low fat ham this time, because there wasn’t any turturkeykey. :—-(
- Green tea
I started it today, and for breakfast I had half an orange and two scrambled eggs.
I’m thinking of making salad for lunch, and then a slice of that ham with steamed veggies and shrooms for dinner. As a snack, I’ll eat fat free yoghurt with dem berries, and if I run out of berries eventually; pineapple. It’s so fucking good with yoghurt.
